Picking up photography as a hobby while being a developer.
I’ve been building software for my entire professional life – in an agency, different companies, and then being self-employed for over 10 years. About 8 years ago, I picked up photography as my creative outlet.
Bad software seems to be common ground in photography.
We all use the big tools – Lightroom, Photoshop, or their alternatives, but occasionally we also use very specific software for HDR, photo stacking, or color grading – the problem? Those tools were built decades ago and have seen little to no improvement.
